Day two on South Haven downtown house. Roof done, heat on, interior almost done. The white “stick built” house, next door, was started in November last year. They just started the interior. This is stick frame versus our “system built” homes. They have the same building materials. The difference, is that our “system built” homes are built indoors in a controlled environment and shipped to the site to be crane set. Homes are set on the foundation with roughly 90% of house completed.
